Hi, I’m Lia, the face behind Cozy home & Pet care. I’ve always had a huge love for animals, especially dogs, and caring for them has been a natural part of my life for as long as I can remember. From growing up around pets to helping friends and family look after theirs, I’ve always been the one people trust with their animals. I love spending time outdoors and enjoy exploring nature, going on long walks and hikes, which means dog walking is something I genuinely love doing, not just a job. I really enjoy getting to know each pet’s individual personality, whether they’re energetic and adventurous or calm and cuddly. I understand that your pet is not “just a pet”, they’re a member of your family. That’s why I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own, giving them lots of love, attention, and patience while keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. Whether it’s dog walking, home visits, or pet sitting, my aim is to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I know how important it is to trust the person looking after your animal, and I pride myself on being reliable, gentle, and genuinely passionate about what I do. For peace of mind, I am fully insured, DBS checked, and hold a clean driving licence. I have also gained a Pet Sitting & Dog Walking Diploma and a Pet First Aid Certificate, so your pet’s safety and wellbeing are always my top priority. Starting Cozy home & Pet care came from my passion for animals and my desire to help pet owners feel confident and reassured when they need support with walks, home visits, or pet sitting.
